Snatch Terms & Conditions

By using the snatch (snatch.onl) website, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Snatch is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between Snatch and the member. Snatch operates in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and international gaming regulations.

Snatch reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via registered email or SMS at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with Snatch, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid Bangladeshi phone number is required.
• A valid email address is required.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

Snatch reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time after registration. A scan of your national ID or passport along with a selfie may be required. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Snatch supports multiple payment methods. Limits and processing times are listed in the table below:

Before withdrawing, make sure your deposit method and withdrawal method are the same or compatible. To prevent money laundering, snatch reserves the right to request additional verification when necessary.

Snatch offers a range of bonuses – welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. Separate terms apply to each bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Wagering contributions: slots 100%, Live Casino 20%, Sports (odds 1.5+) 100%.
• Using multiple accounts or a VPN to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

The following rules are mandatory for all Sports Betting on Snatch:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement will remain fixed, even if the odds change after the result is known.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• In live betting, if a disconnection occurs after a bet has already been registered on the server, the bet remains valid.

For accumulator (combo) bets: if one selection is abandoned, it is removed from the combo and the payout is calculated based on the remaining odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the snatch platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other fraudulent means.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using a VPN to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in arbitrage betting.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behavior toward other members.

The snatch VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. You can move up by accumulating points.

VIP Point Calculation: 1 point per ৳100 wagered on slots, 0.5 points on Live Casino, and 1 point on Sports Betting (odds 1.5+). Live betting carries a 1.5x multiplier.

VIP benefits are at snatch's discretion and may be changed without prior notice. However, benefits already earned within the current month will not be revoked.

In brief: Your data is never sold to third parties. Information is only shared for payment processing and legal obligations. All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Snatch firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a path to addiction. To that end, we offer the following tools:

• Daily/Weekly Budget Limit: Set your own spending limits.
• Self-Break: Take a temporary break ranging from 1 day to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account – this cannot be undone.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders about your time spent playing.
• Minor Protection: Parental controls to protect underage family members.

Snatch reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

1. Providing false information during registration.
2. Participating in prohibited activities.
3. Managing multiple accounts.
4. Failure to provide requested KYC documents.
5. Direction from a legal authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance can be withdrawn prior to closure.

If you have a dispute or complaint, contact our support team first (support@snatch.onl). You'll receive an initial response within 72 hours.

If unresolved, the matter will be referred to snatch's internal dispute resolution committee. If you are not satisfied with the committee's decision, the dispute may be escalated to a recognized international arbitration body.

Snatch may amend these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be given at least 7 days' notice before any significant changes take effect.
